Our Approach

We designed and developed a custom WordPress website that positioned The Springs as a complete golf and hospitality destination. The visual direction focused on natural scenery, spacious layouts and strong photography, giving the website a calm and elevated feel.

The content structure was planned around the venue’s main services, with clear sections for golf, dining, weddings, events and membership. This gave each part of the business room to stand on its own while still feeling connected to the broader Springs brand.

Destination-led structure

The website presented The Springs as a regional venue, not just a golf course.

Practical booking pathways

Golf, dining, wedding and event enquiries were given clear routes through the site.

Visual-first presentation

Large imagery and understated design helped showcase the venue’s natural setting.

Key Outcomes

A stronger venue presentation

The finished website gave The Springs a more polished digital presence, using photography, layout and content hierarchy to communicate the quality of the golf course, restaurant and event spaces.

Clearer pathways for different audiences

Golfers, diners, members and event organisers could quickly find relevant information without competing content getting in the way. Each major service area had its own clear place within the site.

Better support for hospitality and events

The Duck Inn Restaurant, weddings and function spaces were presented as core parts of the venue offering, helping the site support more than just golf-related enquiries.

A sophisticated regional feel

The design highlighted the Peats Ridge bushland setting and Central Coast location, giving the website a distinctive sense of place while still feeling professional and easy to use.

Design System

The design system was built around a scenic, hospitality-focused feel. The site used generous spacing, large image areas and a restrained interface to let the course, restaurant and venue photography do most of the work. The overall look was refined but approachable, with a balance between golf club tradition and relaxed regional hospitality.

Imagery Direction

Technical build

The website was developed as a custom WordPress build, giving The Springs a flexible content management system for updating venue information, imagery, menus and service pages.
